Sheila was so patient and helpful. I honestly did not understand some of the overdraft fees on my account. Not only did she go through my account with me, she advocated on my behalf, and suggested an option to help me prevent the problem from occurring again. She provided exceptional service and is one of the reasons I’ve chosen to stay with BrightStar since 2006, even after moving out of state.
