Customer service was good on her name was Marcedes she was Very helpful and patient with me And she help me resolve my problem that I had . because I went in to the branch on 441 19th St., Lauderdale and the lady there was so disrespectful and full of attitude and that’s when I called customer service and Mercedes was Very helpful
