Great service and fresh delicious food! Breakfast was great for our family bagels and breakfast sandwiches and the largest cup of coffee with warm cream!

Business response:

Hi, Pamela. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!

Restaurant was near our hotel. Pastrami sandwich was loaded with meat and made NY style- rye bead and mustard. The matzah ball soup was delicious although the matzah balls were very small, but I won't hold that against them!!

Business response:

Hi, Lucia. We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!

Came by for breakfast since it was close yo the hotel we were staying at. The service was great and enjoyed the egg sandwiches. The coffee could be a little stronger. It was empty and quiet in the AM which is nice.

Business response:

Hi, Van. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!

First time in Nee York, stopped if for lunch and got the Hot Pastrami sandwich. The atmosphere was what I would think of as typical New York. The sandwich was fantastic. Adana car was taking care of everything in the dining room from delivering food and budding tables and did it with a smile and positive attitude. He was very friendly and made sure we had what we needed and that we were happy with our food.

Selecting this place for a pre-theater bite proved disastrous. First time checking it out, there was no table service so you place the order at the counter. Fine. I've done that at other businesses. The menu was on the wall and it was limited to sandwiches, pizza and salads. The woman at the counter was pleasant and helpful. The order was simple: 2 classic (baked) knishes and soda. We were in a time crunch since the weather was unpredictable (thunderstorms) and we didn't want to miss the curtain call of the play we wer... read more

Johanna, Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m very sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations, especially with the cold food and the wait you endured. This is not the level of service or quality we strive to provide, and I apologize for the frustration it caused, particularly when you were on a tight schedule. Your feedback has been shared with our team to prevent similar issues in the future. Sincerely, Stephanie Holmes Director of Guest Services The Fireman Hospitality Group

The food was delicious and its a pretty cute place, but the service was awful. They repeatedly brought out wrong orders, and we did not receive some of our food. The voucher we received and one of their physical menus says "all day breakfast", but they do not serve all day breakfast here.

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words about our food and atmosphere. I’m very sorry to hear about the issues with your order and the service you received—that’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests. Regarding the "all day breakfast" mention, I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re updating our materials to better reflect our current service times to avoid confusion. We hope to have the chance to serve you better next time. Warm regards, Stephanie Holmes Director of Guest Services The Fireman Hospital... read more

There was hair and plastic in my food. This was great to find towards the end of eating it... the breakfast sandwich wasn't very good. Cute place as far as looks.

I am a true Bklyn New Yorker ( now living in Md) and ordered a pastrami sandwich . The meat was too thick, too fatty, and too small. Since when can you NOT share. Every kosher deli I've ever gone to, the sandwiches have been huge.... I'm from Brighten Beach, NY. LuLu's deli, and Katz on Delancey st. But when you're in midtown at 10:30 at night, you eat there. The service was very good, and I just should have ordered something else

Business response:

Bertha, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your perspective as a Brooklynite! We’re sorry to hear the pastrami sandwich wasn’t up to your expectations. We strive to provide an authentic deli experience, and we’ll be sure to look into your comments regarding portion size. We’re glad to hear the service was to your liking, and we hope you’ll give us another chance to provide a better experience next time. Best, Stephanie Holmes Director of Guest Services The Fireman Hospitality Group
