It was a nice place. Quite pricey compared to what you actually get. Got the Reuben and there really wasn't much pastrami on it which was very dissapointing. Service was good though.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the service, though we’re sorry to hear the reuben did not meet expectations in value or portion. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Stephanie Holmes Director of Guest Experience The Fireman Hospitality Group
Deeelish breakfast sandwiches, super friendly and speedy service in a sparkling clean establishment all in a convenient location.

Hi, Penny. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!
Date of visit: April 14, 2026 Our friend wanted to go to a real New York deli during her first trip to the city and this is the one in the vicinity of Times Square and our evening show that was the highest rated according to my fellow Yelpers, but I am not quite sure why based on our experience. Things did start out great, with Boudjema being very friendly and helpful as we placed our order. And once we got seated, we were able to fully appreciate the vibe, both in the primarily 70s playlist, but also the mirror and brass ... read more

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear Boudjema provided friendly service and that you enjoyed the atmosphere, rye bread, and tater tots. We’re sorry the sandwich temperature missed the mark, as consistency is something we take seriously. Your comments will be shared with our team. Great Food & Entertainment! This was a great trendy place to go to in New York. Right in the heart of Times Square. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the pastrami sandwich and my husband had what he said to be the best burger he's ever had in his life. We are a military family that travels a lot so that being said, this burger was extraordinary. If we lived in New York, we would be regulars. Had that old fashioned feel but still modern. The entertainment was fabulous! We got to see the Satin Dollz perform. Just the ch... read more

Absolutely wonderful and some of the best hash we have ever had for breakfast quick service plenty of coffee and lots of local so you know it was good
Stopped in for breakfast. Ordered two everything bagels, one with cream cheese, one with butter and a cup of coffee good value for just $15 that included the tip. There's plenty of seating.. Service is excellent. They had samples of some of the best brownies I've ever had at the front counter. The bagels were delicious and good solid coffee..

Hi, Monica. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!
Love this place. This is our go to delicatessen in the theater District. High-quality food. I had a pastrami which was exceptionally tender and flavorful. Homemade marble rye bread made for a delicious sandwich. Looking forward to going again. Service was very quick ambience nice very close to Broadway and all the theaters. People were online waiting to get into the hard rock and we were scratching our heads. Why?

Hi, Linda. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!
The pastrami and burgers were delicious. It was our first time there and their mustard and pickles on the pastrami were excellent. I can't wait to come back. I leave a review once every ten years. This place was quiet and delicious. Keep up the good work!!!
