Amazing service and delicious food at a reasonable price! I loved the Manager Special (half hot sandwich and cup of chicken soup and side of cole slaw) and my husband devoured his turkey Reuben. Great spot!
The take out waiter should pay more attention when customers ask for items to go . My order was completely wrong and the sandwich was bitting into fat between bread and. I double parked just so I could experience a cornbeef Rubin and fries . But in my disappointment I got a fatty pastrami sandwich. I will say it was flavorful couldn't really enjoy because of the fat .
.Friendly and attentive staff. .Clean and tidy. .Nostalgic diner decor. .Best burger and shake I'd had in a long time. .Would 100% recommend.
I've tried to order food a few times at this restaurant but the service was so slow, I walked out. Tried again this morning at 7:30 to get a bagel and coffee. I was the only one in the place and it took more than 10 minutes to get my food, then the 2 people behind the counter called someone from the back room to bag and hand me my food. My bagel was so stale, I couldn't eat it. Terrible food, terrible service.

Honestly was expecting more from this restaurant given the grand entrance and the beautifully designed retro diner vibe inside. The pastrami sandwich looked amazing but was okay- nothing spectacular to write home about. Could be made a little bit warmer/hotter too. The hot dog was standard, and I feel like it would've tasted the same if I just ordered from the NY street carts. I don't even know where to begin with the pickle - is it even a pickle?? It sure looked liked it, but barely tasted like one. I can't even really say ... read more
Good cashier. Fast service. Bus boy was great. Black and white cookies were great. Decent prices too. My only complaint was management standing around talking and taking up seats in a limited seating dining space. Right across from the theater which was perfect for us!
fiesta salad tasted sour and a few of the workers were rude and totally ignored my friend when she asked a question about the omelette. lol It was very bizarre.
Surprised and delighted... we were looking for a bite to eat in the Times Square area that was not a national chain place and found this. Staff and service were friendly and nice. Food was good. There are some legendary delis here in NYC but we found a good pastrami and matzoh ball soup here. Both tasted fresh and delicious. My kids also enjoyed milk shakes. We did not save room for dessert but the chocolate cake and the cheesecake looked good. The price is more moderate and there is a variety of menu items. And on our visit... read more
Good food, good service, the staff was warm and polite. Wife had the matzo soup me and my son had the salmon bagel. Her soup was really good. The hot apple cider is awesome especially since it's 35 degrees out.
