fiesta salad tasted sour and a few of the workers were rude and totally ignored my friend when she asked a question about the omelette. lol It was very bizarre.
Surprised and delighted... we were looking for a bite to eat in the Times Square area that was not a national chain place and found this. Staff and service were friendly and nice. Food was good. There are some legendary delis here in NYC but we found a good pastrami and matzoh ball soup here. Both tasted fresh and delicious. My kids also enjoyed milk shakes. Good food, good service, the staff was warm and polite. Wife had the matzo soup me and my son had the salmon bagel. Her soup was really good. The hot apple cider is awesome especially since it's 35 degrees out.
Great environment with friendly service. Food is really delicious and reasonably priced. Didn't plan on eating here, but I'm glad I did.
This is not your regular Delicatessen. It checks all the boxes. Good food, good cocktails, excellent service, times square central location and has a free satin dollz show. The pastrami reuben is a must try
What a fun, fun place!!! The food was delicious, potato salad out of this world and a delicious delicious hotdog which I was craving! my friend got the pepperoni pizza, huge and delicious! Boudjema was the manager and I want to take him back to Salt Lake with me! What a wonderful young man! Everyone there was upbeat, happy and so damn nice! A lot of the people working there. Great show by the Satin Dollz but the service was mediocre & food ok. We had a great time regardless
I had a lot of fun here! We came on a night where the Satin Dollz were performing, a trio of beautiful women with fabulous voices that performed an array of old American 40's type tunes with modern day songs as well in the 40s style. I ordered the Reuben - it was good, but I've had better. Their brownie and shakes were great though! The service was super friendly and the place is cute overall. From the outside it doesn't look like anything past a normal restaurant. But it's not just a regular NYC restaurant, it's a blast from the past with a modern feel. The place screens modern 90's. Absolutely perfect! But let me tell you about the food. Everything done to near perfection. The only thing they missed was taking the pickles off my girls burger.
