Breakfast was so good at The Brooklyn Diner Times Square that we went back the next day for lunch. Excellent service, fantastic food, just an overall great experience.

I ordered my salad with no onions. I was told it's pre-mixed so they couldn't take the onions out. I asked them to please make it fresh with no onions since it wasn't very busy. They seemed to take some out but there were still onions in it. For a restaurant that charges the prices that they charge, they should make the salad up fresh from scratch when needed. It's not a big deal but it's a big deal for me.

The food and service is mid but very expensive. The strength is it is a relaxing breakfast in a quite environment. The order is typically wrong. The amount for what you pay is also sub par. It is not a customer focused experience.
