Once again, The Brooklyn Diner serves the Perfect Plate! They were so accommodating and moved our reservation around to help with our schedule changes. It was quieter in the late afternoon, but our server was so attentive and friendly. Of course, we’ll be back!
Business response:
Thanks, Sandra! We're glad that we were able to accommodate you and that you received great service. We look forward to welcoming you back! Stephanie Holmes - Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
Four of us went to lunch, and ordered, Cod Tacos, Pastrami sandwich, Burger & fries, Mexican bowl... All of it was really good

Great spot to grab a bite before a broadway show.

Tourist trap. Mainly for tourists in the Times Square area. Food is ok. It’s fine. But stupid expensive. $12 for a side of fries? Please.
Business response:
We're sorry to hear that you didn't love your meal, Jay. We will be sure to note your comments on pricing. Stephanie Holmes - Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
Best kept secret to New Yorkers. BD is no tourist trap. Food is excellent and the waitstaff is superb.
Business response:

Food is pretty meh, especially for how good the two Manhattan branches of Brooklyn Diner used to be. But the waitstaff is pleasant and responsive
Business response:
We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your food more, but thank you for recognizing our staff's efforts. Stephanie Holmes - Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
Very good American and comfort food. Great for pre theater. Convenient location to most all Broadway theaters. The 15 bite hotdog is huge (be hungry). The hamburgers are large and satisfying. The ice cream shakes are a treat.
Business response:
Thanks for joining us before your show for a tasty meal, Steve! We appreciate your recommendation. Stephanie Holmes - Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
The Chicken soup with challah bread is a favorite of mine since Brooklyn diner opened on 57th st but I miss the soup in a pot which keeps it warm, salmon and chicken dishes are also very good 👍
Business response:
We genuinely appreciate your loyalty since we opened! We understand you miss the soup pot. Your continued support means everything. Stephanie Holmes - Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
We had Ash as our waiter and he was fantastic. For a place right off Times Square, we figured it would be a tourist trap, but it wasn't. The food was classic New York diner fare, and wonderfully done. The portions were generous, and the prices were what I'd expect given the real estate. Will go again!
Business response:
We are glad to hear Ash provided fantastic service! Thank you for recognizing our authentic New York diner experience. Stephanie Holmes - Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
