We went before the theater. The food was great and the service was phenomenal. It was a tad expensive for diner food (however really good), but given location it’s almost understandable.

Good service Good food Coffee not great! It's essential that coffee is fresh, piping hot and good quality. The coffee needs serious improvement

Chicken pot pie was really impressive. Both that and the soup were over salted on this visit but still quite good

We were delighted with the warm welcome we received when we mentioned our earlier lunch at Bond45 and recommendation by Caroline to try the Diner. Our food was delicious and the cozy booth and our champagne toast were a perfect trifecta to a wonderful day after the theater.

The Brooklyn Diner was a good choice before a show when you don't have a lot of time. Basic fare and good service.

Our server, Kale, was excellent. Delicious chicken pot pie. Chicken soup was loaded with chicken and noodles. Great for a bitter cold night. Gem of a restaurant, tucked in a corner of Times Square. Desserts are amazing. Very large portions.

Food was ok a bit overpriced, tho I understand the location is high rent. We were there around 4pm and the place was pretty empty and yet our order still got screwed up. The waiter was very good very nice guy.

Had their famous “Chicken Pot Pie.” Seemed pricey but is enough for 2-3 people depending on how hungry everyone is. It was Fabulous. Go early because they do run out of them!!
