Made reservation with open table we got there early and it was no problem. They seated us right away waiter was excellent and attentive. Food was delicious and the wait was not long at all. One of the best egg creams I have had in awhile my son loved it.
Found this place through reviews on Open Table while we were visiting NYC, and so glad we did. Loved the atmosphere, staff was very attentive and food was served quickly. Everything was delicious. The chicken pot pie was HUGE! Would definitely go back for dinner again!
This is the forth time at Brooklyn diner. It a good place.Plain and simple. Large portions. The Thanksgiving Platter is a favorite of mine ,as is the Chicken Pot Pie. And the Kugel. It good. Go eat there.
There are 2 Brooklyn Diners. Take care. We booked one and turned up at the other!' But the staff were very welcoming and friendly and quickly sorted this out. We are from the UK so we all chose a typical hamburger meal and loved it. And Yes the Strawberry cheesecake is worth a month in the gym!
A great place for our mini family reunion on a Friday night! Service was wonderful (our very gracious server was a young, dark-haired man with a beard), food was great, and portions were generous. We were seated at a window looking out on Times Square. We did not feel rushed at all so it was a wonderful chance to catch up with the others. The coconut cake was delicious!
Food is good, and service was very good. Good variety of food.
Top quality service and food. Our waiter guided us through our options and made some helpful recommendations. He was very helpful and full of character. Thank you we loved it.

Brooklyn Diner never disappoints! The food is delicious and plentiful. The service is good and the food comes out very quickly so great if you are pressed for time. They do their best to seat quickly and per request and are always welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend if you are in mid town for work, play or theater!
