Very convenient location and good variety of comfort foods to choose from
When I first got to the Brooklyn Diner I was shown my seat straight away which was promising. We were served our drinks and the food was ordered. We didn't have to wait long for the food but when it came out it was only Luke warm. I am. It one to complain so I didn't raise my arm. No one came anywhere near us for the duration of the meal to ask if everything was ok. I was served by 3 different people altogether so didn't know who was my waiter. I was disappointed with the meatloaf but the chicken pot pie was fine.
The food is always good, service is great and it has different options for everyone to chose from
Usually love it here. This time service was sloppy.
We had a reservation which allowed us to be seated within 10 minutes of arrival. Diner was crowded with people as it is located directly off Times Square and it was New Years weekend. Host folks we're outstanding. We had the pleasure of sitting directly behind there station - not normally where I would prefer, but there professionalism was infectious. New Years Eve at the Brooklyn Diner was without a doubt the most amazing experience. The wonderful staff wined and dined us for hours and ensured that we had an incredible time. Special thanks to the Management Team, whom personified the true meaning of customer service. Every holiday we visit New York City and The Brooklyn Diner is our go to favorite restaurant. The chicken parm is amazing and the chicken pot pie is enough for 2. My daughter loves the Chicken Soup. Service is always very good.
Excellent food and service. It's best to make a reservation or you may have to wait for a table.
