Great view onto Times Square and nice menu with good varied options. We had a table right at the window where we could people watch and have a glimpse onto the famous billboards of Times Square. Only thing I would say is that you pay for the location and it's more expensive than other diners we went to. But definitely to recommend .... + staff was very friendly and food yummy. Try the specials !!!!
The price is right and the staff could not be more pleasant or accommodating but unfortunately the food is simply not very good!
My daughter and I had a most enjoyable dinner at Brooklyn Diner. We were not rushed, our food was served in a timely manner, and the coconut cake is out of this world!
Food was good, not great. Very expensive for breakfast food. $19 for pancakes with no meat is costly. The lox in eggs tasted fishy.
Nice atmosphere! Great food! Really nice and friendly service. Fun location to be at!!!!
My reservation was for an early diner dinner after a Broadway matinee. The maitre d' was welcoming and we were seated in a mirrored nook for two which felt special; our waiter was pleasantly fun. Prices were reasonable. My granddaughter had an amazing cheeseburger. I had hoped for a turkey burger, but the menu offered a delicious vegeburger and a glass of Prosecco. The fries were salty but with a nice rock-like salt. We weren't rushed at all. The diner is huge, though our area was like a quite secluded annex. We loved it.
We've been to the Brooklyn Diner-Times Square 4 times now. The food has always been fantastic, even superb. How wee this time the service was a bit off from out past experiences. Perhaps the timing was an issue as a number of the wait staff seemed to be rotating through a lunch break. However the food was very very good and that's why you go to a restaurant, for the food!
This was a great place to have dinner before the theater, close walking distance and great menu of comfort foods.
Great pre-theater option, especially for the family. Burgers, pasta, salads. All good. Service is sensitive to your schedule. Just steps from most of the theaters.
