We loved the service, the people working there and we met a lot of people from out of towners Virginia, Indiana and then some. The decor was beautiful I love the Christmas decor. Management was excellent Our waitress was excellent The food was wonderful My husband had Chicken Parmargiana and I had The Chicken Alfredo pasta with Mushrooms and parmesgan cheese. We really love The Brooklyn Diner, I rate a 10 10 10 plus.
Good for breakfast. The host was very cordial and accommodating. The waiter was pleasant and attentive. Would eat here again.
Great service great table
I had been to the original Brooklyn Diner before and it was great. This one I was a bit disappointed. My wife ordered eggs over easy and they were overcooked. She ordered something else that was completely forgotten about. My mother ordered fruit and oatmeal which came 10 minutes after I received my cooked meal. I don't know if it is because they were understaffed or what, but our server just seemed overwhelmed. Friday evening in Times Square. Seated right away. Services was attentive but no rushing. Food came promptly and exceeded expectations of each of us. Really a favorite for us when we visit NYC.
Wonderful staff! We were made welcome with charm and grace. Service was impeccable and delivered with good humor. The food was of high standard and servings were large. Good value all around.
What a nostalgic experience! Love the decor and the food!! (Fries were not the best I've had sadly) I will definitely be returning!
Decor and food as expected for a diner which is fun and what we went there for. The waiter was wearing a waistcoat that appeared not to have been washed for weeks though he was a sweet person Meals were served when first course plates were still on table, irritating when a service tip is not just expected, it appears to be demanded
This was my second visit to Brooklyn Diner. I had the Thanksgiving turkey dinner and my friend had the chicken pot pie. Everything was delicious. We also had drinks and dessert.
