My husband and I venture to the theaters very often and always like to have dinner beforehand. This time we found The Brooklyn Diner, one because it was closet the theater we were visiting, two because I reviewed and liked their menu and three, because we were able to make a reservation through Open Table. I can't say enough about our experience. Our waiter was so knowledgeable about the menu, very attentive, and the place was so clean and decorated beautifully. I can't say enough about the food, it was EXCELLENT!! I highly ... read more
Lots of fun, great service. Food was pretty greasy and lukewarm. Excellent milkshakes and great location.
Great breakfast meeting place in Times Square. Our waiter was professional, polite, patient and fun having to return 4 times before ordering. The breakfast menu has a great variety of healthy and more comfort food selections. On my way out, I told a family of tourists, it's very good, go in!"
We always make a point to stop here when we're in NYC. The food is consistently good. This time around I had th chicken pot pie, which was probably the best I've ever had (to my surprise).
great food, reliable, amazing noodle pudding, terrific after theatre food-the huge sandwiches should be shared. LOVE the pastrami
This is a classic diner with better food and lots of healthy choices. It is a great place to go when in Times Square and does not have any of the touristy kitsch of the other places in that area.
On the corner of Time Square and 43rd offers a unique location. The Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is typical New York, people talking, a busy place, yet like your own personal corner restaurant. Whether breakfast, lunch, dinner or after play hot fudge sundae with Proseco, this is the place to satisfy your needs. We gone back each time we have been each time we have been in New York over the last four years.
Great location right at Times Square. I was surprised by the food - it was excellent. Loved the toasted polenta that came with my frittata.
Great location ; good food; good value for new york. Our breakfast was terrific! plan to go back
