Service sadly did not match the great food! Concierge was rude and stroppy, waiter paid us little attention except when we needed to pay the bill. Disappointed to say the least - on the plus side the food was really good ☺️
The French toast was way too sweet. My meal was disappointing. But, the selections my family had were pretty good. The chicken pot pie looked delicious. Service was good and we had a quiet booth by the window, which was relaxing- especially after a long day of walking and shopping.
Delightful experience. Hosts welcomed us with open arms, Waiter answered our questions about food and was attentive. Food was good for diner food, but it took awhile for the food to be served. Fun atmosphere at a booth overlooking 43rd & Broadway. Would definitely return.
With such a central location, there's always a worry places like this will be a tourist trap but our fears were quickly dispelled. We went for breakfast and were treated to friendly service, great value food and great atmospherics, capturing the 'diner' feel. Will certainly return next time we're in NYC.
Really amazing experience - great food, loved the decor and atmosphere, and our waiter was really great too!
We've eaten there several times over the last few years when we were in town. Food was not as good this year. Our go to order is the corned beef but it wasn't the same this year.
Amazing as always always look forward to it wouldn’t be the same during a Christmas trip to New York City without it
It was good breakfast food. Nothing spectacular but good.
Great foode & service at an affordable price for NYC. Plan to return on next visit to the Big Apple.
