Best breakfast in the area, bar none. Had the waffles, they were very light and filling at the same time. Staff were all incredibly pleasant, and food came pretty fast. Definitely will be a go to spot for us next time we’re in New York.
I would give BD 5Stars for The Perfect Plate (with Grilled Salmon) except that it’s STILL way too expensive at $33 for a salad!! It’s not really that competitive anymore, as most finer restaurants have adjusted prices. But it is a perfect plate and I can always count on wait staff to be friendly and attentive. I’d come more often and refer more People if I knew they could afford it. Just doesn’t make sense to spend $40-50 with beverage and tip, for an entree salad at a diner.
The ambience was very nice and the food was very good too.
Pleasant breakfast place, not too noisy or crowded. Food good, overpriced like everywhere, but filling, good portions, well prepared, and friendly service. Will definitely return (though I prefer the location on W. 57th, only because you don't have to deal with the traffic and crowds of Times Square.

Brilliant experience with quality food and fantastic service. We really enjoyed our visit, so much so we went back for breakfast the next day 👍
Food was excellent. I had the Mexican Burrito Bowl, loved it. Others enjoyed the chicken pot pie, chicken with waffles and steak. Our server was great! Location on 43rd St is very convenient to Broadway theaters.
Chris, the manager is wonderful!. He was kind, considerate and made us feel right at home. What a place to eat dinner.
We had a fantastic experience. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable. When we were done our meal, it looked like he was the manager he came over and cleaned our meal and we asked about the cheese cake that everyone had been talking about. Well we got a slice and it was incredible! Lovely staff and great food. We will be back on our next trip!
