Outstanding waiter who is very patient and professional. The front end managerial staff were polite and positive and we had a great conversation about the show we were to see that afternoon. Food is very good and prices are average New York City prices. They held exactly to our reservation time. I would definitely go again

We visit NYC annually in December and Brooklyn Diner is a required stop! We've introduced the experience to friends and they also love it. It's a great place for couples or families or groups of friends. Food is great, with authentic deli-style offerings and tons of comfort food (try the chicken soup or chicken pot pie!). We love coming here, especially when it’s decorated for Xmas. Definitely make sure you have a reservation. We went around 10am and there was a line around the block to get in. I love the crab Benedict, though it is a fried crab cake and not on the Benedict. Service is as you would expect at a crowded diner.
