Good fabulous, service excellent
Always a fun spot. Menu features a lot of comfort foods. The pastrami Reuben was really top notch. Got the side chicken soup, also very good and homestyle. Hummus plate was very flavourful and shared between 4 people.
Great food and wonderful service!
This is becoming a MUST DO on our trips to NYC. We can always count on good food and quick service. This is important if you are trying to get to a show on time or need a quick meal between shows if you're ambitious and taking on two shows in one day, as we did recently. Reservations are highly recommended, though.

I have lived in New York almost 50 years and go to the theater a lot. I never considered a "diner" in Times Square as a good choice for pre-theatre dinner, but peering in the window, it looked more upscale than the usual diner and decided to give it a try. A totally pleasant surprise in all respects: food, ambiance, service. Not a white tablecloth place, but well appointed, lots of cozy booths and terrific food. Only weakness was a very small wine list, although it was fairly priced.
