I've had no problems with this unit I've had no problems with this unit, except some crud on the drum that won't clean off, no matter what. I can live with that. I only use this for printing invoices and mailing labels. Minimal copying. I cannot speak to the fax function because we don't have it hooked up.

Great performance and features for under $200 I have bought around 100 of these machines over the past 2 years and have only experienced an issue with one of them. If you have a small business or home office this is the perfect machine for you. It print, copies, scans and faxes and is very affordable to run. To get all these features and have a network jack for under $200 is a great buy. Durable, Reliable. Cat, Dog, Bachelor Proof Cats, dogs, & bachelor cleaning cannot stop this machine. Two cats & one Jack Russel that at times climb all over & lay on this machine. This printer just keeps chugging along. Whether in any MS or Linux. On second 5,000 20lb. box of paper with third ink thingy. When I become rich & famous, I will utilize the color version of same brand/model.
love this printer love this printer. I print 3 copies while my husband is printing one on the HP!!! No color which is fine with me. And, its about 20 times quieter than the HP
