We love BRU Burger and have gone often, especially to Plainfield, but the others also. We mentioned to management many times that we wished they’d come to Brownsburg. We had to be there on the first official night open! Very glad we were! It’s a family favorite. Thank you for coming to our town! You’ll see us often.
Waitress very knowledgeable and food was out quick and hot!
Service was not so good. Not very attentive. Burgers seem to be getting smaller. Is this shrinkflation?
Business response:
We value your input, Douglas. We hear your concerns about service and portion sizes. Please contact us at (317) 350-8151 to discuss further.
Business response:

The atmosphere was good but the waitress lacked effort the food was undercooked and unseasoned and the bathrooms were unclean. The staff were unfriendly as well. For a reservation I expected more
Business response:
Hi Alex, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I’m truly sorry to learn that your experience fell short of expectations. The concerns you mentioned—undercooked and underseasoned food, lack of attentiveness from your server, cleanliness of our restrooms, and staff demeanor—are not reflective of the standards we set for ourselves. I’d like the opportunity to make this right and restore your confidence in us. If you’d be open to it, please reach out to me directly at 317.350.8151, so we can discuss your visit further and... read more
The lighting was too dark. Not a fan of the table sat at- this table may be dedicated for open table users. Don’t particularly like being by the door and not in the other dining area. Food was good- onion rings little too crispy. Chili was fantastic.
Business response:
We apologize for falling short on the lighting and seating arrangement. We're glad you enjoyed the food, and we'll take note of your feedback on the onion rings. Thank you for sharing your experience.
The restaurant temperature was so cold. Had to keep my coat on
Business response:
We value your input. The restaurant temperature concern will be addressed. Thank you for your feedback.
Our food was not prepared as we ordered it. Husband ordered Double bacon burger. Was supposed to be 2 smash burgers, got 2 regular burgers and charged us $4 extra.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback Donald. We are very sorry to hear that we dropped the ball and failed to provide the experience we typically pride ourselves on. If you can reach out to us at 317-350-8151 we would like to correct that charge for you.
