Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Unfortunately, I got a cold burger with a slab of cheese stuck in a bunch of sauce. Hopefully it was just an off night. I used to like BruBurger. Salads looked good but it’s a burger place.
Food wasn’t that great. Service was awesome, our sever was excellent. Food for the price we paid was meh
The 1st time we went here it was delicious! So we thought we would go again with other friends. Our food was not what we asked for we took our own things off we didn’t want. An employee (maybe manager) asked if I would like warm, new onion straws right after I got my plate. I said sure. They were cold. She brought more and they were burnt.
Our service was terrible. We went 45 minutes after we were finished without seeing our waiter. We had to ask another employee to find him.
Food and service were excellent as usual. However, we were seated in the upstairs dining room next to a table with 5 out of control children who were screaming and continually running around the table so much that the servers were having difficulty hearing our orders and were nearly unable to deliver food to the tables. Disappointed at bru burger. We always go there but will look for another burger place going forward. Fries were burned, onion rings were really soggy and overall the food was not the same quality we had before.
Food was good, but the kitchen was backed up and it took quite a long time for our food to come out. Our server and the manager each came by the table to apologize as we were seated for over an hour before our food arrived.
Burgers were unremarkable. Fries were cold and EVERYTHING ala carte. Onion rings were heavily battered….actually disgusting. Don’t waste your time here, unless you have extra money to spend and want mediocre food at best. There are many better alternatives in the area.
