Food was good, but the kitchen was backed up and it took quite a long time for our food to come out. Our server and the manager each came by the table to apologize as we were seated for over an hour before our food arrived.
Business response:
Hi – we are truly sorry to hear that you had a poor experience dining with us. Please get in touch with us at (317) 975-0033 and we'd be happy to hear how we can do better. Our sincerest apologies, BRU Burger Bar
Burgers were unremarkable. Fries were cold and EVERYTHING ala carte. Onion rings were heavily battered….actually disgusting. Don’t waste your time here, unless you have extra money to spend and want mediocre food at best. There are many better alternatives in the area.
