Normally the servers at Bru are well trained but our server was hard to hear and had really poor timing on his interactions with us, especially as we needed to stuy the menu fora few minutes. his follow up was almost non-existant once our food was brought to us. The server that brought our meals brought one of four out first and gave us no indication when the other three were going to be ready. They must have been understaffed. We had to wait 35 min from the time our reservation was suppose to have started. The table was empty for a long time. It took a long time for our food to come and it did not taste very good. When we did get our food it was not hot but mildly warm. Our server was good I felt like she was trying.
Surprisingly very poor experience. We waited over 25 minutes just for our drink order and they finally arrived with our food order. Waiter was short and abrupt with us. He didn't seem to know what to do. This was not the Cunningham experience we expected. Disappointing all around.
Usually I love this place. However, tonight 3 of us ordered burgers. The server did not ask how we wanted our burgers cooked, and we didn't think about it. All the burgers were red. We prefer almost well done. I still feel sick to my stomach...just in my head.

Reservation was for 6:45 and we were there on-time. Not seated until 7:15 and no waiter to the table until 7:25. Finally spoke to a manager who was great and service improved. But it shouldn’t take speaking with a manager to get good service. Too many other great restaurant options in the area.

I heard good things about the veggie burger at Bru Burger as we don’t eat meat. However the black bean burger was a mushy mess. Just fell out of the bun. Not very appetizing. Fries were good. Service was slow and we had to flag down our sever for silverware and napkins. Needless to say, we won’t be back and should have realized an establishment that caters to carnivores wouldn’t care much about the emerging plant based community.
We were seated in a corner near the end of the bar and entrance to kitchen The bartender and and staff collected there to talk. The language included much profanity and distraction
Unfortunately, I got a cold burger with a slab of cheese stuck in a bunch of sauce. Hopefully it was just an off night. I used to like BruBurger. Salads looked good but it’s a burger place.
