Had a reservation. It had to wait 15-20 minutes. Servers only came to our table a total of 4 times. Waited an hour for our food after ordering. The food was good, but not worth the wait and slow service.

The way we had was efficient, but not the friendliest guy I’ve ever had and the french fries were kind of cold and he really never came back to ask if we needed more water
It took 40 minutes for server to take our order, one order was wrong then wrong again once delivered. Slow.

I was with a party of 5 at a round table in the corner celebrating a birthday. Our reservation was at 1130 am on a Wednesday. The noise level was OBNOXIOUS. Most people at our table had a very difficult time hearing one another. This is really unfortunate!!! There are things that can be done to remedy this by hiring acoustical engineers to discern the cause and give suggestions and then follow through with recommendations. We love BRU… great food, nice spot, usually perfect service. You should eat there!! Tonight.. we drew the short end of the stick with our server who was fine for most of the dinner but something flipped with this guy at the end. When we’re finished with our dinners, my wife wanted to take home her leftovers (half the meal), and my kid wanted a milkshake to-go.
