We had the worst server. We waited 1 hour for our food and it came out completely wrong. I had to ask 2 different servers to get our server. He didn’t care enough to come out and check on us. I finally had to go to the front and ask for a manager. While waiting, the server finally came over and proceeded to stick his fingers in my food!!!! 100% disgusting. I gave my food to the manager and she took it off our bill. We won’t ever eat there again. Nasty.
Food was smaller and not as good as I remembered or expected. I can get a better burger for half the price at a lot of other places. Server was great and ambiance is nice, but I won't be back.
I asked for a simple Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and ketchup and mustard on the side. I didn’t get that and I was afraid to complain because I was in a business meeting. The slaw was dried out and the waitress simply did not care. When I placed my order, she didn’t listen to a thing I said. Also, the sandwich looked like it was dumped in grease before it was served! HORRIBLE! Will never go back!

We were a large party of eight and a baby, but the room was very loud and service was very slow and we had to keep asking for things like little plates for our appetizer and one of our party didn’t get his drink we had to ask twice. I’ve given the Carmel location two tries, and I’ve been disappointed on both of them. The location downtown is fabulous, but I won’t return to the Carmel one or recommend it.

A rare miss for a Cunningham group restaurant: service filled with mistakes on very basic items. Food solid as usual; nice ambience. Hope it was a one off.

We were seated in upper level. The noise level was high. Seated next to a party of 12. Way too loud…but the food was great.

Long time Bru Burger patron here… used to frequent the downtown and first location often. It’s become a factory. Burgers came out in 4 minutes, nothing special. Probably won’t be going back anymore… disappointing but it happens when you go to 20+ locations. Onto the next!
We love the drinks and appetizers at Bru, but I don’t understand how every single time, no matter what kind of burger we order, it is well-done. Each time I ask for my burger medium and it comes out well-done. We can’t just go back for the other items anymore. They should know how to cook a burger.
Food was not good. Had to return a plate and my kid got the wrong order. Food took forever to come out and our waitress never filled a drink not one time. Manager “took care of” one of the meals on the ticket otherwise it would have cost over $75. Place was quiet and busy so we were hopeful. Disappointed
