My pulled pork sandwich was really good, but the fries we got were cold and over done but the onion rings were cold and undercooked. The staff was great and so was the price.
If could give 0 stars that will be my rating, very poor service.. The food was not fresh at all.. and the manager did not apologize for the bad service...I do not recommend this place..

Absolutely horrible at accommodating for parties. Worst I've ever seen. We were even given a hard time while waiting because we were going to take up almost 20% of their restaurant. We had called over a month in advance for a party of 12 for 6:30. We were told at the restaurant the day of that they would not put our name down on the list until all 12 of us were there. Tried to eat here at 5 but they said 35-50 min wait and then didn't call us for 1.5 hours. With a show at 7 we had to go to to Marsh for fried chicken. Too bad, was looking forward to first time here but they apparently can't do math or provide updates. Even said 40 min in that we were almost up.

We were told we would receive a text informing us to walk to our table, but after 1 hour waiting & seeing other groups walk in before us... and ZERO communication from your staff, we left. Horrible customer service. You lost 14 tickets, today.
