The Bartender was awesome. The drinks and service while sitting at the bar was great. However when I was walking out I saw the manager (who I believe was the manager), a dirty blonde with a scruffy beard and an earring walking a drink to a table. The drink appeared to be very full and he took a sip of the drink before walking it to the table. Unless the drink was for his mother, I cannot ever go back to his restaurant - GROSS!

This is THE burger place in Indy. Hands down, #1 !! Don't be fooled by imitators!
I guess my husband and I just missed the whole deal about this place. Service was okay but server never came back for a refill or to order a second beer. We really did not like the food. At all. His burger was not cook as ordered and since server never came back, we couldn't send it back. I did not like the flavor of my burger at all. The cheese had a strange odor and the burgers were really greasy. Fries were just okay. We won't be back.
I've been to Bru Burger many times in the past, and any other time I would have given it 5 stars. I went tonight for Indy Burger Week and had the most bizarre experience. I ordered the Baja (the burger included in the burger week promotion) and on my bill it was charged full price (not $5, as it should have been). I went to this establishment yesterday and the service was awful. The waitress seemed to rather not care to serve us. Her attitude was poor, and she proceeded to get her manager. Instead of him trying to eliminate the situation, he proceeds to give me a lesson about beig professional as if his staff didn't care to serve us. The food and wait staff are great. The hostesses are not, and they don't care to be. We know there is always a wait, so we plan to arrive early to get our names in. We understand not seating a party until all have arrived but they told us we were "on the list" and once we checked back, they started our wait time over again stating the "time starts when all in your party are present." Took almost two hours to sit down with no line at door. Food was good but took forever.
Carmel. Worst service ever, literally. Screwed up the entire tables order. How do you manage that!? Doesn't even deserve a second chance. Golden showers POOR.
