Atmosphere is nice.... but the food is blah.... the burgers are dry can be and onion rings are more of a cake batter consistency. I guess I prefer a juicy burger and crispy fried onion rings. Completely over priced! My first time was my last.
The first time I went to Bru Burger I had a wonderful experience the food was good and so was the atmosphere! My experience there yesterday was less than mediocre and I am positive I will never return! There was a huge spider crawling across the table and instead of moving us inside which is what I originally wanted the only option they offered to us was to get up from our table hold our food while we wait for another table to become available! This was unacceptable and they saw no problem with it! We left with no resolution... read more

We called multiple times and were told no reservations were allowed, which is totally fine and understandable, but the hostess' failed to mention every time that we called that an event was going on literally right outside of their establishment. When we got there, they told us our wait was only an hour and 45 minutes. Went back in for a check up, only for them to change it to 2 hours. Long story short: we had to wait up to 3 hours. Normally rank 5 stars but today the service and food was poor!!!! Waitress didn't follow up to see if everything was okay. After 25 minus had to flag down another waiter to see what delay was. He offered a free dessert. Of course no tip and wore all over ticket about the bad service. Talked to manager before leaving about the bad service and length of time to get the food. Waitress came up while talking to manager stain that it is NOT her responsibility about food. Don't know where you learn how to be a waitress but i... read more
