Located across the street from The Fashion Mall at Keystone, BRU Burger Bar Keystone is our 11th BRU location for Cunningham Restaurant Group. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Food wasn’t very good and there was little to no service provided. I think we saw our waitress twice in the three hours we were there.
We were seated in a booth across from a very big party...apparently some kind of a team with their parents...all the kids on one end and parents enjoying themselves on the other. It was very noisy, kids getting up and down, and causing it to be difficult to hear conversation at our table. The large group also required a lot of service, which meant the wait staff was overworked. The salmon on my salad was burnt. I asked for another and when the manager brought it to me my husband had already finished his dinner. 😫
First time visitor. Good burger selection...or you can just "create" one of your own liking. Can even substitute chicken instead of a burger. Server was nice but service was rather slow. But two in our party were late getting there so that may have been partly to blame. But still, we sat there with our menus on the table for well over 20 minutes before taking our food orders. Pretzels were dry and old. Other food was good but not exceptional
The waitstaff was inattentive, the food was overcooked (charred crust on the burger) and the fries were "stale".
Atmosphere was loud. Impatient waiter prone to long absences. Food was bland. Not likely to go back anytime soon.
Made reservations through Open Table. Arrived at restaurant on 7/11 for lunch. Have receipt & even VIP points added ticket but I received an e-mail saying this was a No-Show. I've responded to Open Table with all requested information but as yet still no points have been added to my account. Don't even try to contact Open Table because it is a terrible system that never allows you to get your concern addressed. We went later in the lunch hour than usual... burgers were cold and french fries dry. Not my usual experience
