I ordered the Patty Melt with onion rings. I was disappointed that the double hamburger meat did not reach the entirety of the sourdough bread. For $13.00 I expected a full burger. The onion rings were ok. The pretzels we had for the appetizer were outstanding. Our server was great.
The hostess was rude and not accommodating.
The fires were delicious, but I was disappointed in the Patty melt
I’m pretty disappointed for $75 I thought 4 burgers, fries and some sodas would be satisfying. Not worth the price.

Very noisy table of laughing women! TARA our server was great! Burger was served as normal BUT the sauce and juices had “soaked” the bottom of the bun making it impossible to pickup and eat! Otherwise our favorite choice for a GREAT burger!

We love Bru and it is our go to when we are craving a burger. We are Cunningham Group members and enjoy many of their restaurants. Last night was subpar. Valencia Salad is a fav but it was noticeably smaller than usual. Our buns didn’t shine with their usual buttery glow and they also seemed a tad smaller. We usually love the fries but these were way too salty. My question is where is the quality control that we have grown to love? Service and food were simply terrible. Food was poorly prepared and not served as ordered. Took an hour plus to get a burger. Lukewarm food at best. Server overwhelmed.

Carpet stinks in there. Service was slow. Decided to leave after appetizer because we couldn’t handle the smell. Not the typical Bru Burger Experience we enjoy.
