Delicious meal with warm, attentive service. My son had “the best milkshake of his life” there.
Appreciated being able to make a reservation. Our waiter Xavier was great. I don’t feel they had the social distancing down at all. They were letting people be two deep at the bar while waiting on a table. There were two ten year olds sitting at the bar until they were asked to leave As we were leaving, they were setting up a table for nine. I thought the current limit was six? There were too many people allowed into the restaurant for my comfort. I won't go back under these circumstances.
New location is great. The hostess was incredibly helpful in clearing a bar spot for us. The bartenders took good care of use. The manager stop by and chatted too. One area for improvement would be food consistency from Bru Burger location to location. We love your Carmel and Noblesville locations....and we hope this to be a new favorite but the food is not quite up To the standards at your other two locations. We realize its opening week, so we will be back soon.

Honestly, we were very disappointed. We’ve gone to Bru Burger for years, but the quality has definitely gone way down. The menu seems to have shrunk and so did the burgers! They were smaller than in the past, and my medium burger was overdone. The beers were tiny and expensive, too. My husband was looking forward to the mushroom burger, which disappeared from the menu. I usually get really good burgers there but for some reason my burger was pretty dry even though I ordered it medium well. They also now are selling everything ala carte so you have to order sides separately.
Bbq nachos had no bbq meat on them Salads were great. Hamburgers expensive not to come with fries
