I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I originally dealt with a sales rep that priced out the job and set up the appointment. <br /> The two gentlemen they sent out were absolutely fantastic to work with. I was a rather needy client and had them stop periodically and show me a few things when I had questions. They were very nice and knowledgeable. I thought the price was excellent (approximately $2,400). The guys did a great explaining the process and finished the job on time. I would definitely recommend.
I haven't had another flood. I didn't have a sump pump before, and I had my basement flooded. We didn't have anything that was going to get hurt, just some plastic boxes. It took them one afternoon to do the installation. It was a good experience.
