When called Budget Waterproofing, Mike Simonds came to assess the problem of seepage of water in the basement. He was very professional and explained what did happen and suggested the to change the sump pump and also extend the drain pipe about 6 feet from the wall. This will help to direct water away from the house and seepage may not occur. Also he showed us big holes near the main house entrance steps. He also promised to fill these holes. The service went very well, they were very educated on their trade and friendly, seemed to have much more common sense than others I have worked with.
The estimate went pretty good. I am just wanting a second opinion to be able to move forward with the job.
Very well. Everything done in five days. My property was respected in that floor coverings were placed and everything was left clean. <br />I am very pleased with the work done. The price was also very good. I highly recommend Budget waterproofing. <br />
