Budget Waterproofing was the third company I called to get a quote. Experience with the first two companies was very negative: they gave very high estimates and used high pressure sales tactics to force us into signing the contract. On the contrary, Mike Kenny, the sales rep for Budget, didn't push me to commit. Called on Friday, came out to survey on Saturday, installed on Monday. Cant ask for better service.
Well we have been getting a lot of rain and I do not have any water in my basement so I would say it went very well.
Completed in 3 days as promised. Lifetime warranty. Educated me in the moment yet education after service completed less complete.
