Everything was great from start to finish. When they originally came out to give us an estimate, it was thorough and the contract was very detailed. When the team showed up to start the project, Jose went through the contract and explained everything they would be doing in detail. READ THIS REVIEW UNTIL THE END (NO SPOLIER ALERT). I had no idea who to call to address water damage on the baseboards, and lower drywall in my finished basement in my rehabbed house in Baltimore City. Great installation and explained the whole process step by step. Cleaned the job and floors when the work was completed. Called direct when they found a defect and explained the solution. No extra charge. 1956 foundation with block. The foreman explain the repair in plan English.

I will begin by saying Vinny and Jose were very professional. They arrived on time and kept me informed of every detail for the waterproofing job. I was amazed with how everything was handled. With my past experiences with other companies, I must say Budget did a fantastic job. The co owner (Bill) came out to inspect the job which I was very impressed. My advice to future customers, contact Budget Waterproofing. You won't regret it.
