Food was cold and highly underwhelming. Tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for 2 hours. It took forever for the food to come and there was no one there. Finally gets to the table and it's like eating rubber. Only reason I'm giving it over 1 star is because our waitress was very nice.
Used to be better when first opened....food not as good and the service is absolutely horrific. Waited over 10 mins to even be acknowledged that I was picking up my order. Cashier never checked order which I can say was a good thing as i got extra food I didn't order.
Only went once,i was expecting something different,had the wings with mild sauce (odd color) over priced average wings,cold slaw was also average with one craft beer $22.00 i dont mind spending more to get better food ,i dont think BWW is capable of so,i will not be coming back
Had take out tonight and it was horrible as usual. The girl taking my order didn't know their menu and neither did the boy standing with her. Then after finally getting through the item I wanted they messed up my sons dinner, giving him a kids meal when he's 16! Ugh. So frustrating. Eat in but do not take out. Always a bad take out experience!!!!
For me it's just about the Wings and if I have to rank the major Wing bar chain Hooters First. Tilted Kilts Second Buffalo Wild Wings last. The service was okay doe.

Was pleased with food service but had to wait 30 minutes from when we got done eating to when I signed for my check 😡
No what we expected for this price. Just potatoes cost $9.
Terrible experience. Kids don't eat free any longer on Wednesdays and thats why we went. My sons birthday and they didn't sing until after I asked several times:( & kinda pricey for what you get!
