My first time here. My waiter was outstanding and got himself a 30% tip. I got boneless wings and a Bloody Mary and my daughter got a kids mac n cheese. Wings were "meh", some weren't fully covered in sauce and sadly the Bloody Mary could be the worst I've ever had. I forced it down so I didn't waste the money on it. I may go back with buddies to watch a game or something if asked but unless something happened, there are more options with better food and drink while still having the game on TV

Great chicken sandwich, abysmally slow. Takeout took more than a half hour even though I ordered ahead.
Went Saturday night at 730pm and it was the first time in years we've ever been seated immediately. Pretty surprising; wonder if they are struggling to get customers in. Server was great and food excellent. Plus we asked for a channel to be changed on a 📺 and it was done immediately (which has also never happened).
Wings are good but the service sucks. Wait staff disappears time and time again. Instead of checking their Facebook they should be checking on the paying customers.
This is the second time I have been here and I probably won't be back. The first time I had hair in my food and by the time I got a replacement everyone else was done and I had to take my food to go. Tonight we waited one hour after being seated until we got our food. By then our 5 and 7 year olds were so hungry and cranky it made for a miserable experience all around.
Went there today and got the worst service I've ever had anywhere!! Waited for 10 minutes for a host to even acknowledge that I was there. Then once sat waited at the table for atleast 10 more minutes to be greeted. Which happened to be a manager. He took my entire order. Immiediatley after my "server" came by and asked if I wanted to start with a drink and I told him the manager already took my order. This was the only time I saw my "server" during my visit!! We arrived today at 12pm for lunch, a worker said oh we don't open till 1pm today so we went to some stores to kill time we,my son and I come back at 1pm to be told once again we will not open today till 1:30 pm , my question is why didn't you post a sign stating you had an employee party and why did you answer your phone saying yes we will open at 1pm????Sorry you lost a customer and the line was so long to get in very unprofessional of you and your business. We stopped in to catch the afternoon game after some shopping and we sat in the bar area. Our waitress was awesome, very attentive. That's where the good ends. Our food was ice cold! My husband ordered a chicken sandwich which basically had a chicken nugget on a hamburger bun! The bathrooms were both FILTHY! And there were at least 5-6 workers standing at the front of the restaurant talking so it wasn't that they were short staffed.
