I'm the type of person who always gives second chances. Always loved this Buffalo Wild Wings but recently it isn't up to par. I order an online order for New Year's Eve and was greeted but this nasty girl. I understood she was busy and stressed so I let it slide. Standing and waiting while there's at count, 4 tables open and clean. People waiting have left. Wait staff have lost money because of this and you still don't seat people. That makes no sense from any of your staffers sense
Wait is horrendous. Expand the seating but kitchen can't work fast enough. Half seats are open but they don't sit anyone.
Felt like eating in the food court at a mall except with TV's. Wings were nothing special, in fact did not taste freshly made. Not a place I recommend to go watch Football on a Sunday afternoon
The waitress that served us was extremely rude. I have never experienced such bad service at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I couldn't even tell you her name because she never introduced herself. She made us feel so uncomfortable that we didn't even look at the check for her name. I had to ask a host utensils and a straw. She didn't know the items on and menu and when I asked a question about anything she was nasty. I have never wrote a bad review about a restaurant but I felt the need to in this situation. on 10-12- 2014 we stop at this place to eat, this was our first time here. at the end of our meal i payed with a credit card crossed off the tip area because i left a 13.00 dollars tip . the server named Josh gave him self another 20.00 dollars tip on my credit card i called 3 times to resolve this problem. they are hold responsible for all their employees action of fraud . according to the law. please please check your credit cards bills . the general manager has yet to call me back . this is bad business.
