The food was good when we actually got our food... took about an hour to got the food... it really wasn't that busy to take that long to get food... Server came around once maybe twice... could have been a better experience over all. The bus boy was crazy ridiculous fast a turning over tables... probably the only fast thing in that place.
Food took forever to come out and the service was poor.
Loud atmosphere. Wanted to seat us at bar when I said no I have kids I got an eye roll and there's a wait. 3 mins later was seated. Why the drama? Felt rushed all throughout meal. Now I know why I go once every 3 years.
Go to BW3'S every chance I get. I travel constantly for work so I've been to about 50 different locations! This one was okay. Took 30 minutes to get my wings and then they were luke warm. Bartender was too busy doing his pre closing to even ask how my food was and I had to ask several times for a beer. Hasn't been the worse location I visited, but dang sure wasn't close to the best! Horrible experience. Asked for a long island ice tea at the bar. It was terrible. I asked the bartender to make me another. She got all pissy, slammed the drink down and tossed the straw at me. I brought this to the attention of the manager. His response was to give me a bunch of coupons that expired 2 months ago. So, either negligent in giving out expired vouchers or he was trying to con me. Either way, it will be a cold day in hell before i go back here.
Been here several times tonight was terrible. Too slow in kitchen. They have no clue how to serve food. Just a mess . Not sure I would come back here.
Service wasn't good until after I asked for a manager after waiting 15 minutes just to order a drink. Bekah was nice and very prompt. I doubt I'll ever go back.
