Recently we had our oil tank refilled as we were on the auto plan. Instead of charging us $1.14 which was the going rate that day in July Burke charged us $1.50!!!! Buyer Beware of Burke!!!! Or don’t get on auto delivery!!!!!

I've been a Burke Energy customer since 2021. I signed up for maintenance service. That year, the extension tank attached to the water heater was leaking. So I called them, they came, removed it, and installed a new valve for which I had to pay, but they took the extension tank away, the tech guy said I do not need it. I've investigated this now, and it's false; of course, it's necessary and because it is not there, the pipe relief is leaking all the time. Price of oil seems awfully high
Overcharged
Your prices are 40 percent higher than your competitors. I signed up for a contract that I regret doing. I will be leaving at the end of the contract.

I was told that I would be getting the low price of the day but instead I was charged almost .80 cents above the local competition average in my area. I tried speaking to the sales person but she did not have any answers for me. I just don't understand what the advantage is to have a contract. I would have thought that I was getting the low price of the day not Burkes highest price. Sounds like a price gouging scam.Very unhappy with this whole Burke deal.
