I always get calls that no delivery is scheduled because I have a balance. Sometimes only $300. Now that I had a balance of over $1,000 a delivery was made and I believe it was to charge me the highest possible price. I also believe I was delivered from your reserves which did not carry that price tag.

They are a disaster! For several years running, they have let us run out of oil, so we get to wake up in the middle of the night to a cold house and of course no hot water. Good news is that they show up in the middle of the night to put in 1.5 gallons, and restart the system (gets bubbles in the line, so you can't just push restart). I promised to add 1 star per year of not running out of oil, but we had a close call late 2021. They said a delivery was scheduled. Our oil gauge at 1/8 really means empty. I called your number and it took over 20 minutes to talk to a person who took care of my problem immediately. He gets 5 stars. This is not the first time! Your phone service stinks!!! Repair man also gets 5 stars. Very professional and knowledgeable.

On time and Office called and explained because of COVID a glitch in oil delivery happened.

Technician found problems quickly. Explained problem & solution in layman’s terms. Replaced part quickly. Stayed for 20-25 mins. to ensure burner went thru a complete cycle and heat was generated in each zone. Explained reset procedure in case of no heat.

My furnace was not turning on... I called, had a scheduled time window starting within two hours.. Service rep actually was half an hour early (and that NEVER happens)... he was originally stumped as to the problem, but thought correctly that it was an electrical issue. He quickly found the issue and replaced the main switch on the furnace and was in and out within around 30 minutes. He waited to make sure all zones of the house were warming up before he left.

I called at 11am for service of no heat bad thermostat service man was at the house by 1:15pm fantastic service A++++++
