Customer service logged my call wrong as a hearing issue, which I corrected 3 times. Tech came and said he was foe heating not ac. Called office and rescheduled to a later date. Burke called and had someone for ac here within 15 mins, diagnosed and fixed our ac issue. Great customer service to reschedule error and tech was professional clean and helpful. Thank you.

We have always been happy with the service of Burke Energy. Yesterday was our annual tune up and the technician found some things that were wrong. He was only there for a tune up but was able to get another technician there later in the day to fix the problem. Couldn’t be happier with their knowledge and expertise.
