Recently I needed to have my hot water heater replaced. The heater being replayed was installed by Burke originally. When I voiced concern that there had been concerns with this heater previously I was contacted by the office manager Lynn. Lynn worked with me to get the best price for the new heater and to get the heater installed quickly. Wish they called my cell before coming for the appointment since I was enroute from NYC. We missed each other by 5 mins. However it was rescheduled for next available slot and it all worked out.
