I had a great visit from start to finish! Betti was friendly, Carmen did a terrific job cleaning my teeth and helping me with a problem area. Dr Grover took time to listen to my concerns and make me feel comfortable. A good experience.

Dental hygienist/technician was/is awesome and is a keeper (thank you Brianna). Over the decade I think the service has been great. Billing has surprises and could use a little more coordination between insurance company/client communication. But overall, I have nothing terrible to say.

Oops. This review is overdue by more than a week. Two Fridays ago, I had another great experience at BFD in Fburg. This time I got SureSmile. And I'm really excited about it. I worked mostly with Leticia. She was excellent. Again. She's pretty gentle. Which is important because I'm a big baby. She gave me clear instructions on what I need to do away from the dentist office. I can't believe it, but I'm looking forward to going back. To the dentist office! Thanks again. ✌️

My experience was wonderful-- perhaps an unusual way to describe a dental cleaning but Abigail is an unusually good hygienist! She is simply superb. So talented and such a caring communicator.
