Dakota the hygienist does a great job. Look forward to future visits with her. Disappointed that we may have to look for a new dental office because you’re issues with Delta Dental. Can’t see fronting you all the money and hoping I get reimbursed at a later date.
I always have a great experience with my cleanings with Morgan. However, I am angry and disgusted that we have to find a different dentist because you’re changing your relationship with Delta Dental. No one should ever have to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I’m so disappointed.
Very pleasant interaction with every member of the team from sign in to dental hygienist to Dr Karns. Abigail, the hygienist, remembered a trip I was talking about on my last visit, the kind of detail usually lacking in most professional offices anymore. They explain everything in great detail and make the process as comfortable as possible!

Abigail was the RDH who cleaned my teeth and examined them. She is so kind, so patient, and super caring. I felt completely at ease in the chair with her there. I cannot say enough good things about her and her demeanor. I am super afraid of the dentist, and she put me at ease which is a hard thing to do. You are lucky to have her there!
