The lady's in the office and nurses are absolutely AMAZING. They do try their hardest to accommodate their patients even when it may inconvenience their time. The Dr's are wonderful. I have been a patient of this practice since I was 6 or 7 back with Dr. Burnes's dad was practicing.. I hope the family tradition continues. When it comes to the billing portion I know I can be over the top. But the front desk staff has the patience of a saint. Thank Burnes for your OUTSTANDING services and patient satisfaction.

I got in for my appointment in good time. Staff were nice and personal as always. The doctor had to do some fillings. I told him how I hate this procedure he was so sweet talked me through the whole thing he really made me feel comfortable.
