Karen and Dr. Burns were exceptional. Amazing service from the time I walked in until I left. Grateful to have a dentist that has expertise and compassion.
What a pleasant and efficient staff! Check in was done online, with confirmation after I arrived. The short wait is in a well lighted, comfortable space. The hygienist is considerate, cheerful, and effective. The dentist was also genial, considerate, and efficient. Both hygienist and dentist asked whether I had any complaints or concerns that had not already been addressed. (I hadn’t any.) Check out was also quickly accomplished.
Pam was wonderful, it was good to see her again.
I seen 5 minutes before .my scheduled time. My hygienist, took her time, and went over everything with me. She did an excellent job with the cleaning. Sorry I can't remember her name.

As I’m scheduled for an appointment, it actually doesn’t feel like going to a dentistry but more like visiting long overdue family. And that’s how it always been because that’s how they make you feel. Every single member are educated by their profession and are very knowledgeable to answer your questions or concerns. I haven’t doubt their expertise as of yet but I’ve been service by them more than 20 years or so. Today I was seen by Karen not sure of her last name because I never ask.
