Everyone is pleasant and professional. My tech that cleaned my teeth was very efficient and made every effort to let me know what she was doing. Her voice was very kind and soothing.
Service is always wonderful. I have been going to Dr. Burns for many years. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and shows so much concern for you. I feel like they are my extended family.
I get very anxious when I go to the dentist. My crown fell out and they squeezed me in. The dentist was gentle, kind, informative and very patient with me. Definitely put me at ease. Everyone was so nice, from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out the door. Thank you all, I will be back.

What a pleasant and efficient staff! Check in was done online, with confirmation after I arrived. The short wait is in a well lighted, comfortable space. The hygienist is considerate, cheerful, and effective. The dentist was also genial, considerate, and efficient. Both hygienist and dentist asked whether I had any complaints or concerns that had not already been addressed. (I hadn’t any.) Check out was also quickly accomplished.
Pam was wonderful, it was good to see her again.
I seen 5 minutes before .my scheduled time. My hygienist, took her time, and went over everything with me. She did an excellent job with the cleaning. Sorry I can't remember her name.
