Great experience
I have, well had, a fear and deeply rooted mistrust of dentists. "Doctor Preston" Burns was the 9th dentist in the area I had gone to and the first to make it past the initial consult. I have been going to him for a few years and have recommended him to a lot of friends, all of whom declare adoration at the mention of his name. Not only is he a great dentist, he runs a great business. They had no issue arranging my treatment plan to my insurance waiting period and my budget. We had a situation that made our appointment have to be rushed ( no fault of the practice- our personal situation) and the Hygienist and staff were very thorough and helpful today. The lady at the front desk ( always very kind) and the hygienist ( first time the kids saw her; amazing ) In particular. I apologize for not remembering your names, but I Will remember you next time! Thank you, both! We made it home in time. 😊

Very professional
Karen, the dental hygienist, was so upbeat and clear with instructions as to procedures. She did not “tsk-tsk” me when I said I had forgotten my meds. Dr. Karns inspected my teeth and gums and gave me a thumbs up on my care of them. It was same super visit just like those of the past 17 years.❣️
My appointment went great. I was called back on time. The hygienist was polite and informative. Dr Burns came in and did my evaluation and answered my questions. My 6 month appointment was scheduled before I left the exam room.
Everyone was awesome!! I even forgot my checkbook and the issue was handled very professionally. My dentist appointment went great. Burns Dentistry is the Best in the ‘Burg!!
