As I’m scheduled for an appointment, it actually doesn’t feel like going to a dentistry but more like visiting long overdue family. And that’s how it always been because that’s how they make you feel. Every single member are educated by their profession and are very knowledgeable to answer your questions or concerns. Great visit as usual but not fond of the “gate guard” thing in the lobby. Not friendly much and just seems weird.

On time appointment, personable office staff, Helen was very willing to help with the questionnaire and my sorry computer skills. Everyone very positive and happy to be helping all of us. Abigail very thorough and willing to explain procedures and answer questions about the tools used. Dr. N (?) was extraordinarily encouraging, gracious, meticulous, and I felt confident in his hands. Thanks to all at Burns Family Dentistry for making my visit a delight!!!
