Always excellent service. I love this dental practice and highly recommend them. The customer service is just great. I was worried about having dental work ( a root canal) done but they made it easy and comfortable. I'm so glad I found them and was able to become a patient.
Been going there for years, never had a bad experience.
Dr. Burns is an absolute master of his craft. He repaired my tooth perfectly and made a challenging procedure look easy. The whole office is professional, approachable and make what would otherwise be a stressful experience a literal joy.

There's a lot of great things to say about my experience here yesterday; 1) best pictures of my teeth I have ever seen, so that the doctor was able to show me exactly what he was talking about when he recommended treatment, 2) everyone on the team there exhibited a great mix of professionalism, kindness, patience, and competence (most painless cleaning I can remember), 3) the cost of the x-rays, initial exam, and cleaning fell within the amount covered by my insurance. I have, well had, a fear and deeply rooted mistrust of dentists. "Doctor Preston" Burns was the 9th dentist in the area I had gone to and the first to make it past the initial consult. I have been going to him for a few years and have recommended him to a lot of friends, all of whom declare adoration at the mention of his name.
