I needed an adjustment on my lower partial plate, as it had created a really sore spot on the gum. Dr. Preston looked in my mouth, took the partial and did some work on it with the drill; then polished it. It was FIXED! What a relief. I’ve been a patient for 38 years and Burns Family Dentistry is THE BEST!!

You were prompt and explained each step of the procedure. Your equipment and techniques for building my bridge were very up to date and state of the art. It was fascinating to see how you did it. The bridge was built in the office and I was able to walk out two hours without restrictions on eating and drinking! Thank you!!!

Each time I’ve visit the facility it is operating room clean with personable and professional employees. Until I moved to Fredericksburg and became a patient of Dr. Burns, I dreaded going to the dentist. Now, I look forward to each appointment knowing that I will receive expert dental care by highly trained, compassionate professionals.
