I’ll try to use a few words but when you have Mindy working for you who is the picture perfect in customer service, exceptional skills in explaining in what action she is doing and why, and very gentle yet extremely thorough She literally made the hour I was there feel like 15 minutes had barely passed. In 2019 the person who attended to me was so rough I vowed to never come back for a cleaning. Now I honestly look forward to it as long as Mindy does it
You guys are awesome. I was so scared going in, and all when we’ll with no pain. This makes going to the dentist do much easier.

Absolutely fantastic❣️ The new-to-me hygienist, Abigail, had read all my information, so she wash acquainted with my medical history, etc. She recommended that I take 4 Amoxicillin from them, even though I had been on Bactrim for 2 weeks. I had forgotten and thought the Bactrim would be enough. (Difficult to get cardiologist to prescribe in advance.) Abigail is easy to understand, as her directions are clear. The staff was very nice and professional! They care about their patients. The dental hygienist and Dentist treated me very well.
Julie was awesome, she made me feel at ease. I was nervous when I got there but she took the time to explain to me what was going on. Made me feel better.
I was greeted promptly and called back in just a few moments. My teeth were cleaned thoroughly and also elected to get the fluoride treatment. The dentist came in a checked me over. I was done in 45 minutes. Very good experience.
Mindy was great!! And Dr. Karns is wonderful too!!
