On time appointment, personable office staff, Helen was very willing to help with the questionnaire and my sorry computer skills. Everyone very positive and happy to be helping all of us. Abigail very thorough and willing to explain procedures and answer questions about the tools used. Dr. N (?) was extraordinarily encouraging, gracious, meticulous, and I felt confident in his hands. Thanks to all at Burns Family Dentistry for making my visit a delight!!!
Abigail was very courteous and pleasant. My gums are a little tender but she was good. My gums normally don’t feel this but there is always a first. Everyone was courteous and pleasant starting with the front desk. It was a good experience.
Both dr and nurse excellent, gracious and informative.
For what I was having done, was very quick with no pain. I’m sure I will have pain tonight, but was fully informed on how to care for myself and my mouth. Good job!
