Robbie has been amazing, we had to change some dates and logistics , but he was always on par with getting back to me right away. I booked my Fall European trip with him earlier this year, and this recent flight to Belize, and plan to book again with him to Europe next year.

Quick and efficient service with good options offered. When airline changed a connecting flight I was assisted with new option BUT at an additional cost for new ticket to be issued. The one suggestion I have is for better communication about how billing appears. When I received my charge card bill the charges were confusing. I had booked two identical flights but billing showed different charges for each as well as a separate charge for Business Travel. So in the end all charges added up correctly but still confusing.

I have a new best friend in Eli! I was skeptical about using a ticket consolidator at first, but did some research and everything checked out. The person that helped me was amazing. He listened to what I needed (including my preferred airlines) and helped me tailor my trip to perfection. We went back and forth over some options over the course of a week and he was attentive but not pushy. Business-Class was very helpful and great with communications during the various choices I had to make flying to Cairo. Martinwas always ready to answer my many questions, whether by emails quotes, which prevented me from taking copious notes, or directly by phone. When you are coughing up 28k for a cruise for two, the last thing one wants is haggling with the airlines. Business-Class will be myfirst choice for my next international or domestic flights.
