This was my first time using Business-Class and I was pleasantly surprised by the service provided. The travel consultant, Sam ******, went beyond my expectations. I'm skeptical about many things and Sam impressed me with his knowledge and efficiency while booking my trip for a great price.

As all other companies, BC also do bait and switch (fine print states that) and initial quotes are same as what kayak or ****** flight (expert flyer) results are. Having a regular agent might help but you need to do a lot of ground work yourself to push the agent to find better or great deals. I do not understand that. At the end I rated 4 star because I provided a low fare route in airline website and agent came back with a deal that is with less stops and $600 below the airline price.
