***** we very helpful and patient with me as he had to deal with all the questions and requests from me and my wife. We don't travel a lot and he was very helpful with explaining our options travelling from ******* to ***** business class. And of course changing the dates a few times before winding up with the original plan was no problem for him. He deserved the gratuity i happily left him.

I had some good and bad experience,At the beginning ********************* did a great job getting me a flight from *** to ***** on my return I try to book a flight from ***** to *********, *********, *** my **************** card declined due to possibility of fraud and I had to rebook my ticket I confronted so much problem getting somebody to help me do that it took me almost 4 hours finally *************************** was able to send me a new booking
It is sooo pleasing to get to speak to a person who wants to help after searching the web and having questions.. On line services are a good place to start, but you cannot beat that personal contact. *****************
Everything is great except for when using vouchers. For voucher use there is a service fee applied and in case the customer does not have ticket protection our company does not cover service fee for exchange. That's not right. The prices get jacked up. There are then hidden costs. And you end up paying way more than what actually the tickets prices are!!!!
The agent helped me to find the flights that I wanted after asking my criteria. I am very pleased with the results
