After reading reviews on other business class websites, I was very apprehensive about using one. I want to put others at ease that it can be a positive experience. Excellent service. Kais attention to our wishes was everything we could have hoped for, and way more than we expected. Our wish-list of travel wants was very specific and detailed. *** met every single item, with two proposed itineraries. When we asked for a slight modification, he worked on his day off and came up with two modified itineraries for us. We selected one of them and have been very, very pleased. The agents are prompt with their replies and deliver very good service. They also have great rates with the major airlines. I can highly recommend them for airline tickets worldwide.I recently booked a very intricate ticket to Asia, which was handled promptly. I also just booked a ticket to ******* and I'm in the process of booking a multi-city ticket to Europe. It has been seamless so far.
